The following is a summary of the key features of the TallyPro program:
Supports two types of time recording and costing:
•Commercial – where the cost ledger uses job / project numbers with optional subsidiary codings defined (for construction companies, surveyors, software houses etc.) - the job numbers can be linked to Clients whereby all jobs for one client can be grouped together independent of the job numbering sequence.
•Professional – where the cost ledger is referenced directly to the client with optional separate matters defined (for accountants, solicitors, consultants etc.)
Can be accessed in three ways:
•Desktop program – supplied with installer. Minimum requirement: Windows 7 PC, 4 GB RAM, Intel Celeron 2 GHz (or equivalent) and internet connection
•Browser program – requires Internet Explorer 8 or above and internet connection
•Phone App – available for Apple, Android and Windows requires internet connection

•Uses powerful SQL Server 2014 Databases
•Database hosted by Commercial Software or can be hosted locally by Company
Multi Company, Multi User and Multi Lingual
•Any number of companies can be set and accessed - pricing is per employee
•Any number of users / employees can be created per company
•A number of different languages are / will be supported
