The above program is loaded when an Past Timesheet individual posting row is double clicked from the Past Timesheets view.
Please refer to the Data Forms for how to use the Past Timesheets data form.
Depending on the exact configuration of the system, the following data fields may be available for input / editing:
•Date - the postings date
•Client / Job - the client / job to whom time is charged. This can be changed using the Form Assistant
•Subsidiary Code / Matter - optional selection of a code
•Partner / Director - optional selection from a list of all employees
•Hours - hours charged - this must be entered in decimal format (i.e. 2.50 = 2 1/2 hours not 2 hours 50 minutes)
•Charge - the sum of the hours multiplied by the employee charge rate
•Memo - this is optional
