Posting Delegates are users who are permitted to post time and expenses on behalf of another employee.
A delegate must first be set up as a user (see Users) - it is not necessary to also set them up as an employee as in the case of an Admin person.
Once set up, they will be able to post on behalf of any number of employees. To allow this, select the employee for whom they can post, and in their data screen, select the delegate from the Posting Delegates drop down (see Employee Details).
