The above program is loaded when an Subsidiary Code row is double clicked from the Subsidiary Codes view on the Client or Job data form.
This allows specific Matters (Professional type) or Subsidiary Codes (Commercial type) to be created that are unique to the Client / Job. This option will only be available if the 'Use Specific Codes' option has been selected in the System Configuration.
Please refer to the Data Forms for how to use the Specific Code data form.
Depending on the exact configuration of the system, the following data fields may be available for input / editing:
•Code - a unique code for the matter, phase or type of work (1 - 3 characters forced upper case).
•Description - the description of the matter, phase or type of work
•Work Type - optional selection from a list of work types. This will default all postings for the specific code for a job to this work type which in turn will determine the charge band to be applied - see Work Types
