The Resource Planning Scheduler is designed to emulate Outlook in look and feel and also in functionality.
The purpose is to enable managers to schedule tasks, meetings and appointments based on the clients / jobs held within TallyPro and then to report on the utilisation of planned time against actual time posted and billed.
When the program is loaded, either via the Home Page or the Tools menu, the view will default to the current user and the current month showing all appointments due within the month.
Appointments can be created or edited by double clicking on a date or existing appointment or by using the toolbar buttons - see Appointments. Appointments can also be dragged from one date and dropped on another.
Toolbars - the main options are as follows:
Displays only the selected day with half hour time rows |

Displays only Monday to Friday for the selected week |

Displays all days for the selected week |

Displays the selected month (as above) |

Adds a new appointment via the Appointments dialog box |

Deletes the selected Appointment |

Displays the Form Assistant allowing employee selection and grouping - see Scheduler Options |
