The above program is loaded when a Period row is double clicked from the Periods view.
Please refer to the Data Forms for how to use the Period data form.
Depending on the exact configuration of the system, the following data fields may be available for input / editing:
•Period Number - this should be a consecutive number commencing at 1 for each year. This may be greater than the maximum number of periods set in the Year Details as may be required if posting forward into a new year without first performing a year end routine
•From Date - the first date of the period
•To Date - the last date of the period
•Locked - this will indicate whether postings to this period should be prevented
•Description - the description of the period
•Budgets - the budgeted monthly values for Hours, Cost / Charge and Billing - these are used for comparison and reporting purposes.
