Document Views can be called from the following programs:
•Clients - Documents (filtered for selected client)
•Client Contacts - Documents (filtered for selected contact)
•Jobs - Documents (filtered for selected job)
•Employees - Documents (filtered for selected employee)
The following options are available:
•Delete - this will delete the selected document
•Capture New Document - this will open the New Document dialog box and allow a new document to be created for the selected client / contact / job / employee.
•View / Print / Email - this can be chosen by double clicking the mouse on a row and will display the document in the Document Viewer
•Edit Document - if the document saved is an editable document the this will be presented for editing within the Document Editor
•Set As Default - the highlighted document can be set as the default document for the client / contact / job or employee and will then be displayed in bold. This feature is for use in a later version of the program when full document searches will be incorporated.
Once the desired view is obtained, the grid can be printed or exported to an Excel spreadsheet - see Grid Toolbar
